Barend Weyens // Creative director

Barend Weyens graduated as an actor from De Kleine Academie in Brussels followed by a film education at KASK in Ghent. In 2002 Barend founded Unscene. He completed his film training in 2006 with the short film ‘The Piano, her Shoes and his Lover'.

Barend is the managing director. At Unscene, he transforms stories into concepts, concepts into shots and shots into edits.
